About Me
Dedicated to helping kids discover calm, confidence, and connection through yoga.
I first stepped onto my yoga mat looking for a workout—but what I found was a lifelong practice of self-discovery, healing, and joy. Yoga became more than movement; it became a way to navigate life with more balance, focus, and love.
As a lifelong student of human behavior and personal growth, I dove deeper into the practice, earning my 200-hour RYT certification in 2015 and additional training in biomechanics, mindfulness, and leadership. My teaching has always centered around creating spaces where students feel safe, seen, and empowered—whether they come to class to burn off energy or find deep rest.
Now, my focus is bringing the magic of yoga to kids. With three little loves of my own, I know how much children thrive when they feel supported and understood. Through playful movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, I help kids—especially those with ADHD—tap into their own inner calm, confidence, and strength.
My goal? To offer a warm, welcoming space where kids can wiggle, wobble, stretch, and shine. A place where they can feel loved, cared for, and completely themselves.
When I’m not on the mat, you’ll find me soaking up life in Seattle with my husband, three amazing kids (plus one very sweet pup), and a heart full of curiosity for what’s next.

“As a 2nd grade teacher, I invited Lauren to come into my classroom to give a mini yoga & mindfulness session to calm the class. Lauren has a personable and easy manner when interacting with kids. Anyone who can hold the attention of 20 second graders, draw them into an activity and successfully create an atmosphere of joy and relaxation has my respect. Lauren has won mine!”
